As a qualified person-centred psychotherapist I am committed to offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can be open and honest about their experiences, feelings and thoughts. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is a vital aspect of the therapeutic process, therefore I aim to build a strong, empathetic and collaborative relationship with all my clients.
I work with individuals offering short and long-term counselling focussed on the client’s needs and goals. I have worked with a diverse client group from a wide range of cultural, social and professional backgrounds. I am experienced in working with several areas including issues related to depression & anxiety, relationships, family, sexual identity, gender identity, life changes, loss, bereavement and grief.
I hold a level 4 diploma in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring that I offer a professional and high-quality service. I am fully insured and have a current enhanced DBS check. If you are looking for a supportive, empathetic and experienced therapist, please feel free to get in touch. I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and to see if I am the right therapist for you.
If you would like to have a chat to explore your needs with me, I can be reached on 07866 801 794 or by email at [email protected] – please provide a contact number in your email. I aim to respond within 24 hours. I offer face-to-face sessions at Hackney Therapy on Thursday evening and Saturday morning & early afternoon; I also work online via Zoom during the week.
